Mrs. Kaitlin Randlett

Dear Tatum Ridge Elementary Families,

Welcome to Tatum Ridge Elementary- home of the Eagles! It is my honor and privilege to serve as the Principal of this exceptional school community. At Tatum Ridge, we believe every child deserves a place where they feel valued, challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Since opening our doors, Tatum Ridge Elementary has proudly earned and maintained an "A" school grade, a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, and families. While we are proud of this achievement, what makes Tatum Ridge truly special is our unwavering focus on helping every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe excellence is not simply measured by a letter grade, but by the opportunities we create for students to discover their strengths, develop confidence, and achieve their personal best.

Our dedicated educators work collaboratively to provide high-quality instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and the support students need to thrive. We know that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success, and we value the trust our families place in us each day.

At Tatum Ridge, our students are proud Eagles, and we encourage them to S.O.A.R. every day by:

Setting the Example – Demonstrating leadership, responsibility, and integrity in all they do.

Owning Their Actions – Taking responsibility for their choices, learning from mistakes, and making positive decisions.

Acting with Kindness – Showing empathy, respect, and compassion while creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

Rising to Challenges – Embracing learning opportunities, persevering through obstacles, and growing stronger through both successes and setbacks.

These PBIS expectations serve as the foundation of our school culture. They help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where students feel empowered to learn, lead, and contribute. Throughout the year, we celebrate students who exemplify these characteristics and model what it means to be a Tatum Ridge Eagle.

Tatum Ridge Elementary is more than a school—it is a community. It is a place where students build lasting friendships, families form meaningful connections, and staff members are deeply committed to ensuring every child feels seen, known, and valued. Together, we cultivate a culture of excellence, belonging, and continuous growth.

Whether you are new to Tatum Ridge or have been part of our Eagle family since the beginning, we are excited to partner with you in making this school year one filled with learning, achievement, and joy. Together, we will continue to build upon our tradition of excellence while ensuring every Eagle has the opportunity to soar.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. I look forward to all that we will accomplish together.

Warmly,

Kaitlin Randlett
