The 2025–26 ESE Parent Survey is now open and will remain active throughout the entire 2025–26 school year. Survey submissions are processed in real time, and results can be accessed through the FDOE Parent Survey Dashboard.
We encourage all parents and guardians to share their feedback to help shape the future of our Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs. Parents may complete either the electronic ESE Parent Survey or the paper-based survey, which is attached for convenience.
Eligibility:
Parents/guardians of students with an IEP who are receiving ESE services from preschool through grade
12
Students with disabilities ages 18 and older may also participate
(Note: Gifted services are excluded from this survey).
