Dear Parents and Guardians,

In partnership with Vision To Learn, Tuttle Elementary will offer free vision screenings on October 20th and 21st using a SPOT vision screener. This quick, non-invasive screening helps identify children who may need further evaluation.

Students whose screening indicates a need for follow-up will be offered a free eye exam and free glasses, if prescribed. Written parent/guardian consent will be required for the eye exam, and information will be sent home to eligible families.
