Suncoast Technical College invites the community to attend the Digital Creative Media Student Showcase on May 26, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Burns Court Cinema in Sarasota.
This free event highlights the work of students in the Digital Video Technology, Digital Cinema Production, and Digital Design programs. No tickets or RSVP are required.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view original student films created by Digital Video Technology students, along with custom intro titles and visual graphics developed by Digital Cinema Production students. In addition, Digital Design students will showcase movie posters inspired by the films, along with other gallery style artwork displayed in the lobby.
The event offers a unique, collaborative experience that brings together storytelling, design, and technical production in a professional setting. Complimentary pizza will be available, with additional items offered for purchase at the theater’s snack bar. Street and paid parking options are available nearby.
The community is encouraged to attend and support these talented students as they share their creative work on the big screen.
