💙 Keeping Our Students Healthy – A Friendly Reminder! 💙
We appreciate our families helping us keep all of our students and staff healthy and ready to learn!
🌡️ When should my student stay home?
Students experiencing, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea should remain at home until they have been free of illness/symptoms for at least 24 hours without the use of medication to reduce symptoms.
💊 Please do not give medication at home and then send your student to school if they are sick. While medication may temporarily reduce symptoms, students may begin feeling unwell again when the medication wears off, making it difficult for them to feel their best and participate in learning.
💊 Reminder About Medications at School
Please
do not send any medication
(over-the-counter or prescription) to school with your student.
If your student needs medication during the school day, a
completed Medication Authorization Form
must be on file.
A parent/guardian must
bring the medication and completed Medication Authorization Form to school
and sign the medication in with a designated staff member.
All medication must be properly authorized before it can be administered during the school day.
📄 The 2026–2027 Medication Authorization Form is available on the school website.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact the school or School Health Services at The Landings.
Thank you for doing your part to help keep our Cranberry Cougars safe, healthy, and ready to learn! 🐾💙
