If your student has medication(s) in our Health Room, please make arrangements to come to the school to sign them out before the last day of school, May 29th.
If your student will be returning to Cranberry Elementary or moving on to another school within the Sarasota County School District and will need medication during the school day (daily prescribed or over-the-counter medication) please be sure to have the Medication Authorization form below completed for next school year.
