STATE SUCCESS!
After three long days of intense competition in Orlando, the Booker High School Law Academy Mock Trial Team earned an incredible 3rd Place finish at the State Competition, competing against 18 of the very best high school mock trial teams in Florida!
Our team narrowly missed advancing to the finals, facing two highly seasoned competitors. This achievement is even more remarkable given that many of Booker’s nine team members have spent the last 2–3 years honing their skills, and this marks the first time in over a decade that:
A public high school has won the local circuit competition
Booker High School has competed at the state level
A huge thank‑you to our faculty, administration, and fellow students for their unwavering support.
