Sarasota County Schools is seeking experienced HARV Technicians to join the Facilities team and help maintain safe, comfortable, and efficient learning environments for more than 44,000 students and thousands of employees across the district.

Working behind the scenes, HARV Technicians ensure classrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and other district facilities remain operational throughout the year. Their expertise helps create spaces where students can focus on learning and employees can do their best work.

Qualified candidates must have either:

• Successful completion of at least two years of HVAC schooling and five years of experience, or

• A minimum of seven years of verifiable HVAC experience.

Applicants must also possess a valid Florida driver's license and successfully complete both a written assessment and a hands-on skills test before the interview process.
