Sarasota County Schools is now accepting registrations for judges and sponsors for the 2026 STEM Fair, and we’d love for you to be part of this exciting opportunity to support future scientists, engineers, and innovators.
Ways to Get Involved:
Be a Judge
Round 1 (Virtual): January 20–22, 2026
Round 2 (In-Person at Mote SEA): February 11, 2026, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Judges can choose preferred grade levels and categories. No prior experience is necessary.
Be a Sponsor
Donate a special award, product, or service
Provide monetary support for prizes, t-shirts, and student materials
Host a table at the STEM Fair Expo on February 11 from 5:30–6:30 PM at Mote SEA
Sponsorship levels range from Bronze to Diamond, with recognition opportunities including logo placement, event signage, and more.
