Sarasota County high school students interested in attending a U.S. service academy are invited to participate in the 2025 U.S. Service Academy Fair hosted by Congressman Greg Steube. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 29 at Sarasota Military Academy, located at 3801 N. Orange Avenue in Sarasota.
Doors open at 10:00 a.m., and presentations will begin at 11:00 a.m. Representatives from each U.S. service academy will be available to share information and answer questions about the application and nomination process.
The Service Academy Fair offers an excellent opportunity for students and families to learn about the unique educational and career paths offered by the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
This event is held in partnership with Senator Rick Scott’s office and is open to students from Florida’s 17th Congressional District.
