Good evening, Gulf Gate families. This is Principal Miller with this week’s quick updates:
· What an exciting week this is! It is staff appreciation week, and we have the absolute best staff! Thank you for your help stocking the staff lounge and playing along with this week’s options of different ways your child can participate in the fun. Please know that it is not our expectation that you do everything every day, we just wanted to provide various ways you can to show your love and appreciation for our staff. Thank you for making them feel special.
· Our FAST Testing continues this week for grade 5 (Reading was today and Math is tomorrow) and Grade 4 (Reading is Wednesday and Math is Friday). We know they have worked hard all year and are so excited they can an opportunity to show what they know.
Finally, a huge shout out to the staff, families, and community members who make our STEAM night a huge success this week. It was a great night enjoyed by all. Thank you for those that were able to attend and make it a success. With that, it’s a wrap for this week. Have a super evening!
