Mrs. Melanie Ritter
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome back to Triad Alternative School for the 2025-2026 school year. Beginning the journey of the new school year, I hope to see that all students are engaged and ready to learn. Triad will continue to focus on preparing students to be ready for their district schools, with an improved understanding of graduation requirements and a new perspective on their future, including behavior skills and attitudes. Triad administration and staff emphasize the importance of strong relationships with all students to ensure that they are ready and prepared for their future endeavors.
This year, we remain committed to supporting every student’s growth and success. You can expect:
Clear academic goals linked to graduation requirements and district expectations
A renewed focus on developing responsible behaviors, positive attitudes, and essential life skills
Strong, ongoing supports from teachers, counselors, and staff who know each student by name
Opportunities for family involvement through events, conferences, and collaboration
We believe that strong relationships are foundational to learning. Our administrative team and our dedicated staff are committed to building trust, providing encouragement, and partnering with families to ensure each student feels seen, supported, and prepared for their next steps—whether that means pursuing postsecondary plans, trades, or other pathways.
Shine Bright, Every Day!
Mrs. Ritter
