Dr. Todd Fritch, Executive Vice President and Provost at State College of FL
Dr. Todd Fritch joined the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota as Executive Vice President and Provost in May 2018. Serving as both the chief academic officer and chief operating officer of the college, Dr. Fritch leads SCF’s team of deans and academic administrators in developing workforce-driven curriculum to meet the educational needs of the college’s service region while also providing support and leadership for SCF’s vice presidents. In addition to serving the college, he is also a visible presence in the community, meeting regularly with business and civic leaders to ensure SCF continues to be the region’s first choice for innovative, responsive, quality education, workforce training and community partnership.
Prior to joining SCF Dr. Fritch served as Chief Academic Officer and Vice President for Business Development & Global Solutions at Shorelight Education located in Boston, Massachusetts. Other previous held positions encompass a variety of academic administrative roles, including Provost, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies at American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts, The American College of Greece in Athens, Greece and Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Fritch received his Ph.D. and Master of Science degrees in Geology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Lake Superior State University in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.
