STC Digital Design Student Wins National Logo Contest

SARASOTA COUNTY, August 3rd, 2021 – Suncoast Technical College’s Hannah Nichol won the National Science, Technology, Engineering and Math logo contest for the National Training & Simulation Association.

Nichol is a first year Digital Design student who entered the contest in April. The contest was open to both students and instructors across the country.

“I was excited to participate in the contest but never expected that I’d be the winner of a national competition! I was shocked when I found out! I can still hardly believe it…” said Nichol. Her logo will be showcased on their marketing materials for NTSA STEM events and launched at this year’s I/ITSEC conference. Nichol also received complimentary admission to the conference, a Virtual Reality headset and software, and an Amazon gift card.
