Happiness Booster - February's Take 10!

There are many benefits of happiness - happiness is good for the heart, and it also helps combat stress.  According to recent research, there are several activities that can increase happiness.  We are encouraging everyone to “Take 10!” – take at least 10 minutes for yourself to focus on your own emotional well-being.  Below are some programs and resources to help boost happiness and combat stress.

Monthly wellness challenge: Take 2-3 minutes per day to self-reflect and meditate.  Record each day to see how you did!
