Mammography Screenings Event for SCS Employees on October 8

Saturday, October 8 – in partnership with SMH at several locations* – SMH is offering Saturday screenings for SCS employees!  Bone density testing also available.

*Appointments are still available at the Clark Road Health Care Center and Venice Health Care Center.

Three easy steps to schedule:

  • 1) Schedule an appointment at your preferred location using the phone numbers below, and be sure to mention you are scheduling for the SCS mammography event
  • 2) Obtain an order from your primary care doctor
  • 3) Receive your screening on October 8 - remember to bring your license/picture ID and insurance card
