Sarasota County Students Take Home Top Spots in Vivida Health Mascot Art Contest

SARASOTA COUNTY, October 18, 2019 – Sarasota County Schools is pleased to announce that three students from Sarasota Middle School and a Brookside Middle School student were recently lauded for their original artwork. Vivida Health Plan creatively searched for their new health mascot through a student art contest. Students from throughout their service area in Southwest Florida— 7 counties in total —were encouraged to submit original artwork depicting what a health champion looked like to them. In total, the company received over 120 entries.
