Good Morning Riverview!!




Attn all students that are taking an AP FLVS class. If you wish to sit for the AP exam you need to see Ms. Earl in 5-336 to register and this MUST be done by this Wednesday the 29th.


Hey rams! this is a reminder about the Drug free youth program here at riverview. There are registrations that take place once a month, and the next one is approaching quickly. Anyone can become a member, but in order to register you must have a form that is filled out and signed by your parent/guardian prior to the date of registration. You can pick up one of these forms in guidance, the attendance office, or Mr.Teals office in room 1-212.



Before choosing or exploring a career, you need to spend some time finding out about you. Whether you are a student planning to go to college, a vocational school, or the military, or you’re just not sure what you want to do yet, the ASVAB Career Exploration Program can provide you with important information about your skills, abilities, and interests – and help set you on the right course for a satisfying career.


Riverview is offering the ASVAB test, it is free of charge. If you are a junior or senior you should think about taking it.

ASVAB: 5 February, 7:30 AM at the media center. Room number # 6-205

Sign up at the student success center Room # 6-204 or building 5 first floor. Office 5 – 131. See MS Molly Housh.




Our next Papillon Meeting will is today, immediately after school in Room 5-109. We will be taking our club yearbook picture and working on our project for the troops. Please plan to attend and wear your Papillon shirt!


"This Wednesday, January 29th at 7:00 is Faculty Follies. Come see some teachers show off their talents and some teachers show off their unique...genius. Admission is $5 at the RPAC." 


Attention all students who participate in FCA, tomorrow  you will want to attend as we are taking our group photo for the yearbook! And, if you are interested in attending our doors are always welcome! We have donuts!!!!

Boys Basketball:

Congratulations to Runnin Rams Boys Basketball  Team as we won our 11th straight Game.  The boys are 18-5 overall and 13-1 since Christmas. We beat southeast last night 74-52.  Please come out tomorrow night for senior night as we sink the Sarasota sailors I our last home game of the season…Go Rams!



Attention sophomores, there will be an IB Career Program Information Night on February 4th at 6 pm.  Please see Ms. Earl in 5-336 for more information.  We hope to see you there.
