Third Quarter Report Cards Now Available on Family Access Portal

SARASOTA COUNTY, April 7, 2020 – Third Quarter report cards are now available on the Family Access Portal.

Families can use a phone, tablet or computer to access their child’s grades. First go to the district website at www.sarasotacountyschools.net, then click on the “Parents & Students” section, and click again on the “Family Access Portal:

Assignments-Attendance-Grades-Schedule” link found under the Popular Parent + Student Links section.

If you do not already have an account, please follow the easy instructions on the page to create one. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to create a portal account. Creating a portal account will provide the district’s database with an email address to allow your child’s teachers to email you, which is very important during this time of distance learning. Additionally, creating a portal account will allow the school district to email your child’s SNAP code – this code will be used to re-register your child for the upcoming school year. Re-registration for existing students will open on Wednesday, April 15.

If you do not have a portal account, a paper copy of your child’s report card will be sent home no later than Thursday, April 16. Any families with questions are encouraged to contact their child’s school for further assistance.
