ESSER III Plan Survey 
The survey begins Wednesday, December 1, 2021, and responses will be collected through Friday, December 10, 2021, at noon.

Sarasota County School District (SCS) will apply for a grant from the Florida Department of Education based on funds they received from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund. FLDOE will release funds after the submitted application is approved. These dollars must be spent by September 30, 2024.

Instructional Continuity Plan
Sarasota County Schools must update its Instructional Continuity Plan (ICP) to meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Education’s Interim Final Rule, 88 FR 21195. The Interim Final Rule indicates, “[i]n determining whether revisions are necessary, and in making any revisions, [Sarasota County Schools] must seek public input and take such input into account."
