The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida Purchasing Office has created an online procurement portal in partnership with Bonfire Interactive. Vendor registration is easy and free.
The SBSC’s unique portal is the online place to find and interact with all of our open bid or RFP projects. From this portal, you can register as a vendor, view our organization’s open projects including the requirements and documentation, then easily submit your solicitation response in minutes. If you have a question any step of the way, the Bonfire support team is available to help. Unlike email or time-consuming mail-in submissions, you’ll get an email confirmation that your bid has been received. You’ll also get notified of status changes or addendums and of course, the final award.
