Administrative and Instructional - Any member of the administrative or instructional staff who is willfully absent from duty without leave shall forfeit compensation for the time of the absence and the employee’s contract shall be subject to cancellation by the School Board.

Non-instructional - Any other employee who is willfully absent from duty without leave shall be subject to dismissal from empoyment and shall forfeit compensation for the time of the absence.
