I. The Department of Information Technology will oversee contracts with vendors for wireless telephone services and establish procedures for wireless telephone usage. Purchases will be made in accordance with school board policies. The Department of Information Technology is responsible for the coordination of wireless telephone services for the School District.

II. The expenditure of public funds for cellular phones or service shall be consistent with the provisions of Florida Statutes.

III. The use of TikTok, any successor platforms, or any other platform on the prohibited list as stated by the Florida Department of Management Services is prohibited on all district- or school-owned devices.
