I. All instructional materials required for courses will be provided free of charge to students.

II. Schools may make reasonable requests for students to come to school prepared with appropriate materials and supplies.

III. Schools may assess limited fees as outlined in the accompanying procedure.

IV. Fees must be approved yearly at a School Board meeting prior to the beginning of the school year.
