Phillippi Before and After Care

The Phillippi Shores Child Care Program is a safe, healthy, and fun environment for students attending Phillippi Shores.

Operating Hours: The program is open only on scheduled schools days.

  • Before Care - 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

  • After Care - 3:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Fee Schedule: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per family per school year.  Registration must be completed in person by the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren).  The registration fee and five (5) days tuition is due at the time of registration.  Tuition payments are due in advance and accounts that become past due will result in suspension or dismissal from the program.

    3rd child - $5.00

* Proof of free or reduced lunch must be provided to qualify for reduced rates.

Late Fee: A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed if a child is picked up after 6:00 p.m.

Enrollment & Drop-Off/Pick-Up Procedures: The parents/guardians must provide current emergency contacts, custody, and medical information and documentation.  Parent/guardian must escort and sign the child in for before care and sign out of aftercare.  A photo ID is MANDATORY when picking up a student.

Discipline Policy: Students are expected to follow the school rules while participating in before/aftercare.  If an infraction occurs, a staff member will discuss the behavior with the parent, and the parent will sign a warning form.  Three warnings will result in a three (3) day suspension from the program.  A fourth warning will result in dismissal from the program.  If the behavior is deemed severe enough, suspension or dismissal can result without warning.
