Aktivate's website is registermyathlete.com It is open for the 2025 - 2026 school year. This website comes with very easy to follow directions. Click the link below:
For returning athletes, every year, the parent needs to "RE-REGISTER" their student in Aktivate (Select Registration). Returning students select 25-26 and the sports they are interested in.All NEW NPHS students: Parents need to create one account for NPHS . If you have multiple high school children, then you will use the SAME ACCOUNT for the whole family while they are at NPHS & until they graduate.
Once you are in Aktivate.com, be sure you:
Select Registration,
Select North Port HS
Select 25-26 school year
Select the student's grade level for 25-26
Select only the sports your child is interested in
Answer all the parent questions in Aktivate and acknowledge the "electronic documents" &
Select the "final signature" button (permission for your child to play sports).
Athletic Packet Documents - These Need to be Uploaded NEXT & are on the NPHS Website
Be sure all documents are signed by the legal guardian/parent.
1) FHSAA Physical EL2 - make sure page four of the physical is signed and dated by the physician to include the location of the facility, phone number, and license #.
2) Upload a copy of the student's medical insurance
3 & 4) Hold Harmless & Out-of-County Forms (must be notarized & uploaded)
Save everything and log out. Our athletic office will review the documents and approve or email the parent and coach if the document(s) are rejected.
Parents - *football players must have medical insurance to participate. The DEADLiNE for football insurance is Sept. 5th from the School Insurance of Florida.
The School Insurance of Florida aka KidGuard, offers football accident insurance in the beginning of the season and before spring football starts. If you have any questions, then contact the insurance company below:
