Enrollment & Hours of Operation
The Garden Elementary Before & After Care Programs are available to students registered to Garden Elementary in grades K-5.  The programs are fee-based and require annual registration.

The Before Care program is available 7:00am until 8:15am.
The After Care program is available from 3:15pm until 6:00pm. 

Fee Schedule & Payment Information
Online payments are accepted for childcare through OSP at https://osp.osmsinc.com/SarasotaFL/.  Click on Elementary and select Garden to make payments.

Prices are a daily rate.  Before and After Care are offered as a full-time service.  Payment is required for all school days, regardless of attendance. 

Fee Schedule:
Before Care = $4.50 per child
After Care = 1st child-$9.00, 2nd child-$8.00, 3rd child-$6.00
PM Care with Reduced Lunch Status = 1st child-$7.50, 2nd child-$6.50, 3rd -$4.50
PM Care with Free Lunch Status = 1st child-$6.00, 2nd child-$5.00, 3rd -$3.00
**Parent/guardian must provide a copy of their approval letter from Food Service for reduced rates.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 per family per school year. The registration fee and five (5) days tuition is due at time of registration.

Before and After Care tuition payments must be paid in advance on the first school day of each month.  Tuition for the month of May must be paid in advance by April 30th. Failure to pay the tuition on time will result in dismissal from the program.

Account statements are produced at the beginning of every month and upon request. Tax statements are also provided during the month of January.
