Thursday, March 2, 2023 --- The 7th Annual Construction Rodeo was hosted by STC and Gulf Coast Builders Association. High school Juniors and Seniors were provided the opportunity to meet with and discuss their future career plans and goals with local construction companies.

Suncoast Technical College's CNC Production Specialist and Precision Machining and CNC Automation students have made the final 4 in the National 5 Axis CNC Machining and Integrated Manufacturing Competition. The programs will receive $2,000, and each team member will receive $500.

Suncoast Technical College Carpentry students create new film set for Sarasota Campus
SARASOTA, March 24th, 2022 - The North Port Branch Carpentry students were asked to create a new set for the Sarasota Campus’s Digital Video Technology program. This project was a collaborative effort between the two campuses and gave the students at both locations the opportunity to learn from each other.
