So much to do! Get pampered at the salon and have a bite to eat at the bistro. The Cutting Edge Salon is operated by students and open to the general public. Bistro 502 and Suncoast Bistro are on-campus restaurants that are operated by STC culinary students, open to the general public and offer dine-in and take-out services. In addition to our campus bistros and salon, STC hosts Sarasota County School's Culinary Arts to Careers (CA2C) Program and hosts a variety of Food Trucks from our local community. Our Sarasota Campus welcomes local food trucks weekly for Food Truck Mondays. Sarasota Campus Offered to Sarasota County School Access Student Seniors, the Culinary Arts to Careers (CA2C) Program offers four credits to its completers. Through participation in hands-on culinary training at STC, completers also earn industry certification.
