Welcome to Cranberry
Degrees and Certifications:
Mr. Brad Porinchak, Principal
Welcome back Cranberry Cougars! I am so excited to get back to a regular school year where I can see all your smiling faces! I know it has been a short summer, but Cooper and I really missed having all the students here at school. I really hope you were able to have fun this summer with friends and family. Our amazing staff is looking forward to a great school year full of learning and fun!
Mrs. Rini and I will be working hard to maintain high achievement level by encouraging and celebrating our students. In order to support our commitment to providing students with a high-quality education, we will be focusing on making learning visible and high expectation teaching. It is our goal to help students understand what and why they are learning, in addition to understanding the next steps in their education while they grow as learners. We are excited to work with our little cougars and watch them reach their highest potential.
Please review your copy of the Student/Family Handbook. We ask that you familiarize yourself with our school policies and procedures. Please return the last page with your signature. You will receive a hardcopy the first week of school and you can always access it through our website (under Resources).
We are looking to expand our School Advisory Council (SAC) membership. Please consider being a part of this important Council. We meet once a month at 3:45 pm. A signup sheet will be sent home the first week of school. Be on the lookout for it.
