Calm App - No Cost for Board-Hired Employees
Explore guided meditations and specialized playlists to help with stress and focus, mindful movement video and audio, relaxing Sleep Stories, wisdom-filled masterclasses led by experts, and much more.

Self-Guided Support through SilverCloud (Express Scripts)
Available to all employees enrolled in one of the District's medical plans with Florida Blue. This program provides goal-based programs that focus on anxiety, depression, sleep issues, stress and resilience.

LifeWorks offers support with mental, financial, physical and emotional wellbeing. Lifeworks is available to employees and members of their household, regardless of insurance coverage.

New Directions through Florida Blue
New Directions is available to members on the District's Florida Blue medical plan. As a member of Florida Blue, your health insurance plan includes behavioral health benefits.

Teladoc Mental Health Support
Teladoc mental health support is available to members on the District's Florida Blue medical plan. Talk to a therapist or psychiatrist seven days a week (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time) from wherever you are.
