Email the following 3 items to SPHS Registrar lisa.carcifero@sarasotacountyschools.net

• SCSB Transcript Form completed by SPHS Graduate (form available at the bottom of this page)
• Soft copy of your STATE ID
• Soft copy receipt showing proof of payment for $2 transcript fee.  Click here to pay online.

SPHS Registrar will email you a copy of your transcript within 72 hours of receiving the 3 items listed above
