    This schedule is provided as a basis for everyone to work from and serves as minimum reporting requirements. Cost Center Heads or a designee may elect to bring staff in earlier than outlined based upon the individual school and department needs.

    11-month employees will be assigned their work schedule and worksite location by their supervisor until their last duty day for the 2019-20 school year, Monday June 22.

    Also included is the schedule for the return of public access and student athlete activities.

    Wednesday June 3 – Summer Boost Program begins. This will be done entirely off campus using remote learning.

    Monday June 15 – Employees (12 month) who have not been able to work from home since Spring Break will be required to report to their assigned worksite for 3 duty days at a minimum. Please contact your supervisor on the actual days of the week you will be required to report to the worksite during this week.

    Employees (12 month) who have been working from home since Spring Break will be required to return to their assigned worksite 2 duty days and work from home 3 duty days. Please contact your supervisor on the actual days of the week you will be required to report to the worksite during this week.

    Outside play courts/playgrounds previously available for public use will be reopened. These sites include: Brookside track, Riverview High tennis courts, Venice High tennis courts, and Pine View tennis and basketball courts.

    Conditioning camps for student athletes begin outside activities only. No access to buildings for training. Please refer to Return to Action Plan from James Slaton.

    Monday June 22 –  Employees (12 month) who have not been able to work from home since Spring Break will be required to report to their assigned worksite for 4 duty days. Please contact your supervisor on the actual days of the week you will be required to report to the worksite during this week.

    Employees (12 month) who have been working from home since Spring Break will be required to return to their assigned

    Worksite for 3 duty days and work from home 2 duty days. Please contact your supervisor on the actual days of the week

    you will be required to report to the worksite during this week.

    Monday June 29 –  Employees (12 month) who have not been able to work from home since Spring Break will be required to report to their

    Assigned worksite for their normal duty schedule this entire week.

    Employees (12 month) who have been working from home since Spring Break will be required to return to their assigned

    Worksite for 4 duty days and work from home 1 duty day. Please contact your supervisor on the actual days of the week

    you will be required to report to the worksite during this week.

    Student athletes begin inside conditioning using gyms, weight rooms, locker rooms and associated spaces. Please refer to Return to Action Plan from James Slaton.

    Monday July 13 -  All employees (12 month) report to their assigned worksite and resume normal duty schedule.

    All District facilities open to outside rentals.
