Communicate with APs 2-3 x weekly; create a check-in time to communicate with each teacher weekly and review Remote Learning Plans; provide weekly updates to families (via Connect Ed, newsletter or email); support teachers in finding solutions for students/families when there is no response or lack of communication.
Assistant Principal/TOSA

Nurse
Report to Suzie DuBose for assignments.
Clinic aide
Prepare all required reports and maintain all appropriate records.
Maintain accurate records on students who visit the health room or receive care in order to document health services received.
Provide follow-up services and make appropriate referrals to the public health nurse. Vision and hearing calls, etc.
Serve as liaison with the public health nurse in providing information and materials on health education programs and individual students.
Communicate with parents / staff regarding student health needs.
Assist in the implementation of the Annual School Health Services Plan.
Assist in the administration of prescribed medication by students and maintain required records.
Maintain health room and supplies.
Maintain an annually updated emergency card file for all students.
Develop and maintain a high risk list of students with potential emergency needs.
Participate in annual health services training and updates.
Perform other incidental tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position
Test Coordinator
School-based administrators will provide assignments.
Paraprofessional
All school-based paraprofessionals will be given their assignments from the school administrators; duties may include assisting teachers in conducting check-in sessions with students, staying connected with families and students, tutoring as needed over the phone.
Reading Recovery Teachers
Reading Recovery Teacher Leaders will supervise Reading Recovery Teachers as they work with students virtually.
Job Coach
Support students by assisting them in completing interest inventories and career exploration activities. Contact students to work on career goals, resume writing, job readiness and interview skills. Work with ESE Liaisons to support students.
Truancy Officer
Assisting school staff for locating and connecting families, research SIS to obtain additional contact information, completing driver’s license reinstatement, providing virtual attendance resources, monitoring habitual truants
