    Athletic Program at Woodland Middle School
    Our Intramural and Competitive programs are open to 6th, 7th and 8th-grade girls and boys! Please make sure you have a complete Physical Packet and a COVID-19 form handed in a few days before the activity starts to assure participation!! Physical packets are good for all sports (Intramurals and Competitive) for the 2021-2022 school year and physicals are good for 1 year from the date of exam.   Make a copy of the physical packet for your records.
