Before & After School Child Care (ASCC) Program
To provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment with the academic help they need for success
for Toledo Blade Elementary School students of working parents.
Our staff is comprised of people who love working with young children.
Each staff member is experienced, well-trained, and committed to your child’s best interest.
The program offers quality supervision with homework help.
Children are grouped according to grade level.
Before Care is open from 6:30-8:15 a.m.
After Care begins at 3:15 and closes at 6:00 p.m.
Registration fee and one week in advance are due at the time of registration. You must provide the up-to-date names and phone numbers of those allowed to pick up your child. A PHOTO ID is MANDATORY when picking up a student.
*Please Note: Registration cannot be taken on the 1st day of school
- Registration Fee: $25.00 per family (non-refundable)
- Daily Rates:
- AM Care per day: $4.00 per child (Reduced rates do not apply)
- PM Care per day: 1st child $8.00, 2nd child $7.00, 3rd child $5.00
**LATE CHILD PICK UP FEES @ $1.00 PER MINUTE**
To qualify for a reduced status, you must first provide a verification form.
Reduced lunch rates: 1st child $7.00, 2nd child $6.00, 3rd child $4.00
Free lunch rates: 1st child $6.00, 2nd child $5.00, 3rd child $3.00
All accounts must be paid one week in advance at all times. Any account that does not remain one week in advance will be removed from the program. Tuition for the month of May must be paid in full by May 1st.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for tuition payments, which are due one week in advance. Children must be accompanied by an adult and signed in at Before School Care. All students must be signed out from After School Care. ***A late fee of $1.00 per minute will result if a child is not picked up by 6:00 p.m*** If a child is not picked up on time three times, he/she will be removed from the program. ***If your child has a food allergy, you must inform the program in writing.
