Mr. Mark Grossenbacher, Principal
Are you looking for a little piece of paradise in which to raise your family? Then Englewood, Florida is the place for you! This tranquil, tropical environment on the southwestern coast of Florida has much to offer your family. Most impressively, there's a rich community spirit here where residents take great pride in the community and where our community supports our youth.
Englewood Elementary School places heavy emphasis on relationships and service within and beyond our community. As a Community of Caring school, we take time to recognize the dedicated efforts of students, teachers, and community members. It is our goal that every student who enters Englewood Elementary School has at least one adult, mentor, teacher, club or program that identifies with them. In fact, our parents are encouraged to participate and volunteer regularly with their students throughout the school day.
As principal of Englewood Elementary School, I emphasize building success strategies into my interactions with students. Communication centered on success for all children is a key factor in building an exemplary community. As we kickoff the 2019-2020 school year, our school-wide theme is Englewood Elementary School Reaching for the Stars. Our Englewood Elementary staff is ready to cultivate each of our students toward academic and moral success proving that we are always urging our students to Reach for the Stars each and every day.
