What
is Mu Alpha Theta? -
Mu Alpha Theta is a "national honor society" of
mathematics students in high school and junior colleges.
Who Can Join?
- To be a full member, you must complete Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II
and have an unweighted G.P.A. of 3.0 in these courses.

ANYONE may become
"associate members until they meet the requirements for full membership.
What
Does Mu Alpha Theta Do? -
Mu Alpha Theta Members are involved in the
following activities:
1. Provide free, after-school math tutoring for all VHS
students. 2. Participate in math competitions throughout the region.
3.
Offer scholarship to seniors who have been active in the club. ($500 last year!)
Dues:
participate in the fundraiser,
and volunteer one hour of time and one of our projects. Interested in Joining?
