NOTE: This calendar is used to schedule "setup times" as well as "event start times."
For example, a concert might be listed on this calendar as 6:00 pm,
yet the actual performance may not begin until 7:30pm.
This may be because some students need to report at 6:00 to setup chairs, etc...
For your convenience, please verify the START TIME of any public event with us if needed.
