Dear SMS families,

We hope you will celebrate our planet in some small way on Monday, April 22nd, which is Earth Day, 2024! Plant a tree, clean up trash, or recycle! We also hope you will consider celebrating your child's teachers during teacher appreciation, which is approaching quickly! You will find the dates in the "Important dates" section as well as all our end-of-year events.

I've attached the 8th grade end-of-year packet at the end of the newsletter for your convenience, but your child should have brought the paper copy home this Thursday or Friday. They were given out during Advisory on Thursday. Please check their backpacks or feel free to print directly from this newsletter. If you are interested in volunteering for any of our events, we have included that information in the packet. We could really use your help so thank you in advance!
