The SAC/Management Team met on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 4:00 pm.

People in attendance were:

Susan Lomas, Susan Meyer, Cathy Carmona, Kathleen Powers, Janice Summersgill, Lea Kitchener, Anna Mulligan, Phyllis Frederic, Jan Komara

Oak Park School Budget 2006-07 – proposed budget plan given to each member of SAC to review and approve. Oak Park is not cutting one person, only positions. One elementary instructional position, one middle school instructional position and one reading position. Staffing ratios are going to be the same. Job Coach/Transition Aides - only two positions added. Instructional vacancies are in music and speech. Classified vacancies are pool aide and two classroom assistants. Two unites being held until the ten day count. Budget projection is 377 students for 06/07.

First goal is to meet the needs of the students.

As previously discussed in the last SAC/Management Team meeting SAC monies are to be used for publishing the yearbook costs. Approved by all SAC Team members.
