The SAC/Management Team met on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at 4:00pm. 

 

People in attendance were:

 

Jan Komara, Phyllis Frederic, Susan Lomas, Susan Meyers, Cathy Carmona, Terri Chivington, Kathleen Powers, Janice Summersgill, Lea Kitchener, Veronica Fritsch and Anna Mulligan.  Introductions were made for the members attending.

 

 

School Improvement Plan draft given out to each person attending this meeting.  The Vision and Mission Statement for Oak Park School was reviewed.  Susan Lomas nominated as Co-Chairperson, seconded by Dave Niederpruem.  Review of ByLaws and Guidelines, changes for 2005-06.  Committee reviewed the staff development plan and will have in place a plan on student achievement goals.  Ruby Payne books have been ordered for staff..  School Improvement Plan is due September 30, 2005.  Parent committee members asked to be notified of meetings by email – email addresses given to Anna Mulligan.

 

Committee decided to have next SAC/Management Team meeting Tuesday, September 20th at 4:00 to finalize the School Improvement Plan.
