Members absent: George Kenney, Jim Clark, Julie D’Abrosca, Megan D’Abrosca, Jasmine Rehak, Kelsie MacKenzie, Lindsay DeCarlo, Arthur Pier.

All members were introduced

The minutes of November 8^th were read and a motion was made by Antanas Kobryn to accept, 2^nd by Mike Pelfrey. Minutes were approved as presented

No Review of Operations Guidelines was made.

Request of funds

Jane Pool requested $150.00 to pay Youth Leadership Seminar Fee. Motion made by Mike Pelfrey and 2^nd by Ron Barche to fund request, Motion passed.

Teresa Caracciolo requested $300.00 for plane fare to the Nest Meeting at MIT. Kathy Lower made the motion to approve, Janice Deller 2^nd motion passed to fund airfare.

Paul Paquette updated the parking lot and addition construction.

The 30 Hour Sip Plan and FCAT Writing items on the agenda were tabled till next meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:10.

Next meeting will be Jan 10, 2005
