Members in Attendance: George Kenney, Jack Donoghue, Mike Pelfrey,

Meeting called to order 6:30
Motion by Atanas Kobryn, 2nd by Jim
Clark to approve the Jan 12th, 2003 minutes, motion passed. Motion by Jim Clark, 2nd by
Antanas Kobryn to approve the November 17th minutes, motion passed.

Old Business Parent
nominations are going to be in the March newsletter.
New Business Amy Krukonis request total cost of trip is
$1,402.00. Amy is requested
$300.00. Linda Thornton made a motion to
fund, 2nd by Antanas Kobryn, motion passed to fund $300.00
Amy Menard requested $630.00, 25.20 per student
for an Orchestra Festival. After
discussion the request was made for $500 for busses, Mike Pelfrey made a motion
to fund the $500, Ron Barche 2nd the motion
passed to fund $500 for busses.
Other Cathy Ziner questioned
why we were not in the Buzz. George will
be meeting with paper contact to address some concerns.
