2. SAC Structure a. School Vision and Mission b. Operational Guidelines updated. Members will review and revisit at next mtg c. Purpose of membership: SAC members monitor the SIP, holding the school accountable for its progress.	Gorman
3. Meetings dates and times were announced. 8 am in Office Conference Room B Sept 18, Nov 20, Jan 22, March 18. Additional meetings may be called on an ‘as needed’ basis.	Gorman
4. Review of School Improvement Plan 2006 – 2007 a. Needs Assessment: major area of concern ESE b. Goals Addressed: Math, Reading, Writing, Science c. Professional Development Plan i. SPDP 30-hours to include: 1. Enhanced Lesson Design with ACTIV technologies (up to 30 hours), or 2. Combination of ELD (15) with other district-provided training: DI (15), CRISS (15), Kagan for Sec. Math (18), Kagan (18), Ruby Payne (14)	Hagemann Orr
5. School Budget a. staff adjustments due to FTE decrease from projection b. Staffing was reduced by two instructional units, and one clerical unit. c. Operations are hampered by loss of AP Cronin and Data Coach Gilpin to Family Medical Leave.	Hagemann
6. SAC Budget Information a. Current Balance: $10,990.92 b. Funding Requests: Renaissance Math Center (RMC) $7,000 max. Approved $3500 for first semester. Will revisit at the November meeting for second semester, based on other funding requests that might occur.	Gorman
