SAC Meeting 9/1/05

Attendance: Cheri Dennen, Vince Dennen, Brian Chippendale Jr., Fran Chippendale, Carlos Albino, Mark Freeman, Katherine Perrault, Deborah Charles, Derek Jenkins, Chris Datta, Scott Wilson

Minutes of 5/5/05 SAC meeting were reviewed and approved.

Elections were conducted and Dr. Katherine Perrault was approved as Chairperson and Mark Freeman was approved as Vice Chairman.

The SAC meeting dates and times were approved for the first Thursday of the month starting at 7:30 a.m. with the exception of the next meeting, which will be September 29 at 7:30 a.m.

Scott Wilson requested funds for student technology. Motion approved for $5, 0000 allocation.

Flexible stipends were approved per Mr. Wilson.

Staffing budget changes were approved per Mr. Wilson.

Beverly Templeton requested funds for Starlab at HCMS. Motion approved for $250 for Starlab.

Ms. Rossetti and Ms. Johnson requested funds to attend conference “Fitness is Alive” in October. Motion approved for $497.00.

Ms. Krug requested funds for Pep Squad Uniforms. Motion approved for $649.00 for uniforms.

Ms. Glenney requested funds for flags and poles for the music integration program at HCMS. Motion approved for 20 flags at a cost of $320.00.

Motion approved for dates for Student Government dances at HCMS:

Fall Festival: 10/28/05

Holiday Dance: 12/9/05

March Madness: 3/10/06

Spring Dance: 4/28/06
