Minutes from 11/6/03 approved

New Business:

National Junior Honor Society at HCMS needs start-up funds for approximately 75 students. Motion approved for $900.00 for start-up funds for NJHS.

Drama Dept. requests funds for field trip to NPHSPAC to see “Sorcerer’s Apprentice”.

Motion approved for $550 for Drama Dept.

Dennis Silkebakken, band director at HCMS, requested registration funding for professional development conference. Motion approved for $75 for registration.

Board reviewed and agreed that the Request for Professional Development Funds form be revised.

The discussion of FCAT reward monies will be continued at next meeting.

Josh Lozada’s suggestions for future dances at HCMS:

*school dress code enforced

*appropriate dancing

*themes for dances
