Approval of business partners and students and new board:

Chairman: Ted Watson

Vice Chairman: Eric Idoyaga

Secretary: Deb Earley

Motion approved for recording secretary to be paid $25.00 per meeting.

Motion to approve meeting dates and times (first Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m.)

Motion approved for non-competitive business partners
