The SAC team was given the EQUIP data and the Needs Assessment
information. This data was then used

data. The comparison looked at where
our students were to where they stand now.

Discussion lead to some possible
ideas for next year of how to help the bottom 25% of students.

support from resources/ support staff. Possible summer training in Reading

Discussion: Carolyn Harper gave an overview/ training
of the information from the parent trainings She was able to attend

other parents from Emma E. Booker. She
gave information from the break-out-session

That she and two other parents and
one teacher attended. She has some
ideas for how to get more parents involved on next

Year.

Conclusions: Carolyn would like to be
a member of SAC again next year to help incorporate parent involvement.
