Professional Development			A. Bezilla
	Discussion: As part of our Professional Development Plan, we will be targeting Math through instructional best practice of McREL, Kagan and ActivBoard. We will be doing 5 hours of McREL, 10 hours of Kagan and 15 hours of ActivBoard.
	Conclusions: All accepted the plan as proposed.

Kagan School Membership			K. Kramer
	Discussion: As an addition to our Kagan professional development, we would like to enroll our school in the Kagan School Membership.
	It is a yearlong membership that will give teachers’ added resources and valuable tips and ideas to use in their classrooms.
	Conclusions: All were in favor of funding for this project to assist the teachers.

AYP Letters		A. Bezilla
	Discussion: AYP letters are sent home to all parents letting them know that we did not meet the AYP goal. There were letters sent from the district as well as a separate letter that the school will send home giving more explanation to the parents.

Cafeteria Behavior Plan
	Discussion: We have a new behavior plan that we are implementing in the cafeteria. A Green, Yellow, Red system.
	Each classroom will have a set of cups at their table to signal them as to their behaviors. Depending on the color they earn
	Their teacher will get to put that color sticker on a mast chart for all to see. After 5 days of greens, students are then rewarded with a treat for good café behavior.

	Discussion: We will have Si2 on campus as part of the SES tutoring that is being provided to our students who are level one and fall into the SES category.

	Discussion: We will be getting new paint in the Cafeteria as well as new furniture for the media center.

	Discussion: Open house is Sept 20th. Carolyn Major-Harper will be with us to try and get support for our parent team. All are welcomed to join us.
